Loera earned the MVP award after leading the Eagles in rebounds (5.9), assists (5.5), steals (2.4), and minutes played (34.1), while ranking second in points (13.3). The team averages 38.5 rebounds per game - tied for the conference lead - while averaging 12.3 offensive rebounds - second in Big Sky. Opponents are shooting 36.5 percent against the Eastern defense, the lowest mark in the conference and 22nd in the nation. EWU leads the Big Sky, allowing opponents 55.8 points per game, also ranking 18th in the NCAA.
